Successfully led the 21st edition of KSHITIJ, with a team of over 180 members, engaging 5,000+ participants. My role was reaching out to companies to get them on-board as sponsors and partners. Directed a team of 150+ Campus Ambassadors, ensuring effective communication with 400+ colleges across 16 cities.
Spearheaded the introductory seminar, engaging over 300 students. Revamped KodeinKGP website, introducing a collaborative Q&A section, which boosted user interaction by 40%. Pioneered the launch of Swadeshi Bytes - Digital India Festival, expanding reach by 27% among students and fostering engagement with KodeinKGP.
